Baked spicy-ish eggplant
Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- 2tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- pepper and salt to taste (add more pepper!)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp chili oil (optional)

Steps:
- mix seasoning ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2. cut up eggplants to bite-sized pieces
- 3. mix in eggplants into the bowl and stir well.
- 4. heat up oven to 400 F and bake eggplant for 20-25 minutes until it looks somewhat dried up and the interior is brown.

Salmon with Miso Butter Sauce
Ingredients
A. Salmon
- 1 lbs salmon
- 2. Pepper to taste
- 3. Salt to Taste
B. Green beans
- A handful of green beans
- 2. Pepper to taste
- 3. 1 tsp paprika
C. Miso Butter Sauce
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2. 2 tbsp of Miso
- 3. Pepper to taste
- 4. Sriracha to taste
Steps
0. Mix the miso butter mixture

1. Set oven 400 F.
2. In a tray add a generous layer of olive/avocado oil, add in parika, pepper and salt. Mix the green beans in and then put the tray into the oven for 20-25 minutes.

2. On a frying pan, add in a generous serving of olive/avocado oil on high heat, wait till splashing water causes the oil to crackle.
3. Add in the Salmon (I used the filet parts but any part of the Salmon will do; make sure to add skin first though) into the frying pan. Turn down to medium heat.

4. Cook the Salmon about 4 minutes each side. Done-ness as illustrated below will do.

5. Remove Salmon and pat dry. Turn down to low heat and drain excess oil.
6. In the same frying pan add in all the miso butter mixture and fry on low heat for about 5 minutes
